About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition to lead our EMEA Talent Acquisition and Acquisition strategy. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, driving, and reviewing our talent attraction and acquisition processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategy to drive business growth and success
  • Build and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition and Acquisition team to support our EMEA business
  • Collaborate with local HR teams, business centers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless talent acquisition and integration
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our talent attraction and acquisition efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with external market trends and best practices to ensure our talent acquisition and acquisition strategies remain competitive and effective

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences)
  • Several years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suites
