We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Aftersales Products to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG), a dynamic team of professionals committed to world-class project delivery across the globe. As a Sales Manager Aftersales Products, you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of after-sales projects, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Industrial Clerk with technical background or equivalent
- Experience: Several years of experience in commercial project management, international service and after-sales projects, or technical purchasing
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English, with additional languages an asset
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Navision, SAP)
