Position Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Dubai team.

In this role, you will develop and nurture trusting relationships with our clients across various sectors and regions. Easygenerator offers a SaaS eLearning authoring solution, and we pride ourselves on fostering an innovative atmosphere that encourages creative thinking, impactful contributions to our expanding business, and a positive work experience.

Since the establishment of our customer success department in 2017, we have been dedicated to helping our clients maximize the value they derive from our product. This department has been rapidly expanding, and as a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with them to design and implement success strategies that align with their learning and development objectives. Your mission will be to enhance value throughout the customer journey, driving successful renewals, contract growth, and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in a global work environment.
  • Partner with esteemed brands to create and execute success strategies that facilitate their learning ambitions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support their business outcomes.
  • Evaluate account health metrics and proactively implement measures to enhance customer retention.
  • Identify potential challenges with key clients and collaborate with their leadership to address these issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or related account management roles.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English and German, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, leading conversations while also being an attentive listener.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong inclination towards negotiating favorable outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: An aptitude for uncovering underlying client needs and a genuine commitment to their success.
  • Interest in HR Technology: A preference for candidates who are knowledgeable about current trends and developments in the field.
