Manager of Digital Business Operations

Key Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance to regional Sales and Service Units in enhancing operational capabilities for our Digital Products portfolio.
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of Digital Products throughout their commissioning and operational phases.
- Design and implement a comprehensive digital operations strategy, determining the appropriate distribution of capabilities between regional hubs and central headquarters.
- Develop innovative digital service solutions and coordinate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the functionality of critical infrastructure, including on-premise servers, cloud environments, and authentication systems, while actively driving process enhancements.
- Establish and manage uniform service quality standards across various regions.
- Prepare and present data, reports, and visualizations related to Digital Products.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, sharing best practices and addressing recurring challenges within the business.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing IT projects, preferably within the medical technology sector.
- Familiarity with CRM, PLM, and ERP systems and their frameworks is advantageous.
- A systematic and analytical mindset, complemented by a structured and solution-focused work approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and a high level of service orientation.
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly within Europe, NAM, and APAC, with experience in a global context.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
