Digital Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You manage, maintain and support the Digital Products during commissioning and operation
You design and implement a digital operations concept, supporting the decision on what kind of capabilities should be deployed in the region/hub, and what should be centralized in the headquarter
You develop new digital service solutions and coordinate the requirements with the relevant interfaces
You ensure the operability of system-relevant infrastructure (on-premise servers, Cloud environment, authentication concepts, ...) in the area of digital operations and actively shape process improvements
You implement and manage common service level quality standards among different regions
You create and prepare data, reports, overviews and diagrams for Digital Products
You support the transfer of knowledge (know-how, best practices, recurring issues, ...) between regions with different level of organizational maturity related to the Digital Products' business
Profil
YOUR SKILLS
You have a degree university in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have extensive experience in the planning, management and implementation of IT projects, ideally in the field of digital products in a medical technology company
Ideally, you have knowledge of CRM, PLM and ERP systems and their structures
You are distinguished by a systematic and analytical mindset, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of service orientation complete your profile
You are willing to travel internationally (especially Europe, NAM, APAC), and have experience in an international environment
You are fluent in English and ideally in German
