ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Back Office Customer Advisor, you will be instrumental in the effectiveness of our customer service operations. Your administrative expertise will facilitate the seamless functioning of daily customer service activities, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction at Westwing Group SE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain efficient communication with suppliers, logistics providers, and manufacturers.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing complaint resolutions.
  • Serve as the liaison for customer inquiries related to payment processing, order management, and returns, providing essential support to our agents.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to optimize order handling.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a back-office setting.
  • Fluency in French and German, with strong English proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-focused approach with robust analytical skills.
