If this aligns with your values, we are expanding our team and seeking a Linux/Unix System Administrator (m/f/d) to provide exceptional guidance and support to our Public Sector clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install, configure, manage, and migrate systems and updates
  • Provide troubleshooting support (1st and 2nd Level)
  • Develop and implement client requirements
  • Manage configurations using software solutions like Ansible
  • Automate IT infrastructure utilizing Python, Perl, or Bash
  • Plan and execute the deployment of new hardware and software for clients
WHAT WE VALUE
  • A degree in an IT-related field, training as a systems integration specialist, or equivalent qualifications
  • Extensive experience in server management within Unix/Linux environments (Solaris, Ubuntu Server LTS, RHEL/CentOS, SLES, Debian)
  • Proficient in web server technologies such as Apache, Nginx, and Varnish-Webcache
  • Solid understanding of technologies like Tomcat, JBoss EAP, WildFly, MySQL/MariaDB (including clustering), PostgreSQL, and Oracle (basic DBA knowledge)
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift)
  • Knowledge of PHP, WAF, WMSMapserver, Geoserver, PostGIS, and Matomo is a plus
