Join Our Team: We are looking for a seasoned Wound Care Account Executive (m/f/d) to enhance our dynamic team and elevate our customer relationships. In this position, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager. If you possess strong communication skills and negotiation expertise, we would like to meet you. Become a part of the PAUL HARTMANN AG organization and help shape the future together.
Role Overview: This position is a temporary replacement for parental leave.
- Oversee the execution of all sales and marketing initiatives for the relevant business within your territory.
- Promote our concepts and products to drive revenue and profitability in the areas of medical practices, home care, and nursing services.
- Increase the HARTMANN market share by developing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients.
- Organize and conduct customer workshops and training sessions, and participate in defined projects, trade shows, and customer events.
- A background in business, nursing (e.g., qualified nurse), or pharmaceutical/scientific fields (PTA/PKA) is advantageous.
- Several years of sales experience in the target groups of medical practices/nursing services/home care, along with an ICW/AWM certification.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, motivation for performance, goal orientation, self-organization abilities, and sales talent.
- Approach changes and conflicts with an open and constructive mindset.
- A well-established network in the region and target group is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer internal processes and structures in the target group.
- A willingness to travel is essential.
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems is required.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
