Electrical Repair Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Repair Project Manager to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical repair projects, ensuring high-quality execution, and managing project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement electrical repair project plans, including preliminary sketches and project specifications
- Manage construction sites and projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with electrical engineering technicians to design and construct electrical projects
- Monitor and inspect repair and maintenance work of contracted personnel on electrical systems
- Review and study plans and drawings for electrical facility equipment, identifying discrepancies and referring to supervisors as needed
- Assist in technical matters related to design deficiencies and original designs for electrical equipment and facility systems
- Collect and archive required deliverables and as-built documentation of contractual services
- Develop scopes for maintenance and repair work projects, designs, and cost estimates for electrical equipment and facility components
- Establish bills of material and receive assignments in the form of work requests or individual job orders
- Review engineering service requests and determine requirements to fulfill intent of requests
- Discuss requirements with using activities, resolve questions or conflicts, and initiate necessary actions
- Assist in implementing applicable energy management requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below, PLUS 4 years of experience as defined in B below (E&T Level I)
- Office automation skills required
- Valid driver's license class B and ability to obtain/maintain a military motor vehicle operator's license
- English Level B1 and German Language Proficiency Level C1 required
