Job Description

A key aspect of our corporate philosophy is building strong customer relationships. As a Sales Manager Land Transport, you will develop comprehensive and tailored transport solutions for our key accounts in the land transport sector. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers from initial contact to contract conclusion, maintaining administrative and sales-related activities, and cooperating with support functions and operational units. You will also support and expand existing customer business, working closely with the Road Osnabrück branch manager.

Your Responsibilities
  • Process a sales territory in the Osnabrück area independently and responsibly.
  • Acquire new customers through initial contact, quotation, and contract conclusion.
  • Maintain administrative and sales-related activities.
  • Cooperate with support functions and operational units.
  • Support and expand existing customer business.
  • Closely coordinate with the Road Osnabrück branch manager.
Your Profile
  • Completed training or studies in forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification.
  • Sound professional experience in the sale of general cargo, part and full loads, ideally in the Osnabrück-Emsland area.
  • Regional sales expertise in the Osnabrück-Emsland area with a focus on general cargo and part and full loads desirable.
  • Confident appearance, networking skills, and high self-organization.
  • Persuasiveness and negotiating skills for acquiring new customers and closing deals.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English.
  • Creativity and initiative.
