Enterprise Architecture Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing enterprise architecture models that align with our customers' business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models for our customers, leveraging SAP's cloud technologies and Clean Core principles.
- Collaborate with virtual account teams (VAT) as a transformation partner, guiding customers through their cloud journey and providing enterprise architecture guidance.
- Act as the Transformation Partner for the CIO or other CxO, driving architecture effectiveness and ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments for mission-critical processes.
- Support adoption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks, and aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy.
- Provide customer context to all teams, enhancing customer proximity and experience, and articulating the value of the designed target architecture and possible intermediate/transition steps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience roles, with a focus on end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
- Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.
- S/4HANA technical or/and SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience.
- Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in English and German) at the senior management within an IT team and across business functions.
- Mindset for Strategic Thinking, Continuous Learning, and Business Acumen.
