YOUR FUTURE POSITION
As a Lead Advisor (f/m/d) for Enterprise Architecture Consulting, you will join the Business Transformation Services (BTS) team. BTS serves as the strategic advisory division for Cloud Transformation within our Customer Success organization. We guide clients in realizing their Cloud Transformation aspirations and collaborate with them at both the program and enterprise levels to assess, mobilize, and achieve strategic business results. Our goal is to enhance business value and ensure successful outcomes by assisting our clients in understanding how to effectively utilize, implement, and optimize our solutions.
We are particularly seeking a seasoned advisor (f/m/d) who can contribute to the team by:
Providing guidance to clients on their business transformation initiatives concerning Enterprise Architecture and IT frameworks. Evaluating existing client IT environments and identifying areas for enhancement through innovative solutions such as Business Technology Platforms and Artificial Intelligence. Examining clients' business strategies and necessary capabilities to recommend suitable solution features that expedite business value realization. Leading global projects that require coordination among various teams, including consultants from diverse specialties, regions, and cultures. Addressing client challenges and escalations in a proactive and organized manner. Gathering insights, expectations, and feedback from stakeholders and effectively relaying them to colleagues and leadership. Organizing and facilitating workshops for senior management. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on the client side.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive experience in consulting related to our solutions. Proven track record in delivering advisory projects focused on Enterprise Architecture. In-depth knowledge of our solution offerings. Familiarity with established frameworks such as TOGAF, EAF, etc., with certifications being a plus. Insight into IT trends and their implications for business and IT strategies. Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in business/economics or IT) or an MBA. Proficient in both German and English. Preferred: experience in management consulting. ABOUT THE TEAM
Our diverse team primarily serves large and very large clients in German-speaking regions. We provide our strategic and comprehensive advisory services during the initial phases of a program or project lifecycle and collaborate effectively with other teams from sales, presales, and solution consulting.
