Your Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the face of Brandwatch, a Cision brand, serving as the first point of contact to engage potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed on industry trends and gain a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
  • Become an authority on our brand, business, and SaaS offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.

How You Will Achieve This:

  • Generate leads and cultivate relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new potential customers using platforms such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Gong.
  • Conduct an average of 100 outbound activities to prospects daily, aiming to schedule platform demonstrations and initiate the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Your Qualifications:

  • A background in sales (preferably in sales, BDR, or SaaS), real estate, or recruitment, or a strong desire to develop a career in sales.
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A driven and determined mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong sense of accountability and execution.
  • Coachability and self-awareness.
  • A collaborative team player, as we believe teamwork is essential for success.
  • Ability to excel in a quota-driven environment with short and dynamic sales cycles.
