About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional IT Manager to lead our team of individuals in delivering exceptional IT services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of IT professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Organizing regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and coaching
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team skills
  • Managing team performance and providing timely feedback
  • Collaborating with Tech Leads to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Engaging with the regional community to promote IT excellence

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing IT teams, with a strong track record of coaching and motivating team members
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and service management
  • Good understanding of regional HR regulations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
