Wir suchen einen engagierten und qualifizierten Equipment Maintenance Engineer, der den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer fortschrittlichen Fertigungssysteme gewährleistet.

Ihre Rolle und Ihr Team

Als Equipment Maintenance Engineer sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Vorrichtungen, Werkzeuge und Fertigungssysteme vollständig in das industrielle Gesamtsystem der Fabrik integriert sind und die erforderliche Betriebszeit einhalten. Sie pflegen die Beziehungen zu den Ausrüstungsanbietern nach der Übergabe an den Betrieb, sorgen für eine zeitnahe Reaktion auf ungeplante Ausfälle, verwalten kritische Ersatzteile, aktualisieren die Ausrüstung und initiieren bei Bedarf Ersatzbeschaffungen.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
  • Bereitstellung und Validierung von Betriebs- und Wartungsanforderungen für die Ausrüstungsspezifikation und Beschaffungsprozesse.
  • Teilnahme an der Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe neuer Ausrüstung, einschließlich der erforderlichen Aktivitäten für die vorbeugende Wartung.
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Ausrüstung die Verfügbarkeits- und Leistungskomponenten von OEE erfüllt und Beratung zu Qualitätskomponenten mit anderen Fertigungsingenieuren.
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und Ersatzmaßnahmen, Software-Upgrades und Koordination mit Technikern, Lieferanten und Auftragnehmern.
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität der Maschinen, um den Anforderungen der Produktionstechnik zur Verwaltung von SPC zu entsprechen.
  • Ermöglichung der TPM-Funktionalität innerhalb der IT-Systeme der Fabrik.
  • Überprüfung der Funktionalität von SPC-basierten Elementen wie Alarm- und Berichtssystemen.
  • Verwaltung des kritischen Ersatzteillagers in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wartungsplaner.
  • Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Durchführung aller geplanten Wartungs- und Kalibrierungsaktivitäten.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner bei ungeplanten Stillständen.
  • Bereitstellung von Lessons Learned und Feedback an andere industrielle Ausrüstungsteams, Pflege von Problemmanagementaufzeichnungen.
  • Entwurf und Steuerung von Upgrades bestehender Ausrüstung und Leitung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsaktivitäten.
  • Beschaffung neuer kleinerer Ausrüstungen oder Werkzeuge gemäß dem Beschaffungsprozess.
Qualifikationen
  • Abschluss in Maschinenbau oder Industrieingenieurwesen.
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Gerätemanagement in Fertigungsumgebungen, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie oder der hochvolumigen Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Hintergrund in mechanischem Design mit Fokus auf Fertigungssysteme und Präsentationssysteme für Arbeiten.
  • Kenntnisse in präventiven und vorausschauenden Wartungstechniken.
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur Verwaltung mehrerer Aufgaben und Prioritäten.
  • Fähigkeit, ein vielfältiges Portfolio an Fertigungsausrüstung, einschließlich Vorrichtungen und Maschinen, zu verwalten.
  • Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Interaktion mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Informationen klar zu vermitteln.
  • Fähigkeit zur Koordination von Wartungsaktivitäten und Sicherstellung der Aufgabenabwicklung.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse.
