Ihre Aufgaben

Als Onsite Support Specialist sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entgegennahme, Analyse und selbständige Lösung von internen Support-Anfragen und die Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit IT-Themen. Sie arbeiten mit einem Ticketsystem zusammen und sind für die Dokumentation, Klassifikation, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen verantwortlich.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit ist die Verwaltung von Benutzern und technischen Ressourcen, einschließlich der Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Hard- und Software. Sie sind auch für die Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von PCs, Servern und Netzwerkkomponenten verantwortlich.

Ihr Profil

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir einen IT-Experten mit einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen IT-technischen Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation. Sie sollten mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der IT-Administration haben und einen sicheren Umgang mit aktuellen Windows-Systemen besitzen.

Ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Umgebungen und sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Desktop-Hardware und Server-Infrastruktur sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind für diesen Job unerlässlich.

Wir erwarten auch, dass Sie gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzen und fundierte Kenntnisse der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur haben.
