About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Customer Success Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our largest and most strategic customers in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements with key customers, driving adoption and consumption of Palo Alto Networks' products and services.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet customer security priorities and drive business value.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals, while working closely with post-sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and professional services, to ensure seamless customer delivery and support.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their journey, focusing on value realization and managing customer escalations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
  • Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations.
  • Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including interacting with C-suite teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization and managing customer escalations.
  • Fluent German speaking skills alongside English is required for this role.
