Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, sich auf eine spannende Herausforderung einzulassen. Als Global Process Head sind Sie verantwortlich für die Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und Effizienzsteigerung des Record to Report Prozesses für den Fresenius Kabi Teilkonzern.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Arbeiten Sie im neu aufgestellten Record to Report Core Team mit
  • Verantwortung übernehmen für die Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und Effizienzsteigerung des Record to Report Prozesses
  • Berichten Sie an den Fresenius Kabi Head of Accounting in dessen Rolle als Global Process Owner
  • Koordinieren und managen Sie die lokalen Anforderungen und integrieren diese in den globalen Record to Report Prozess
  • Arbeiten Sie in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld mit Kollegen aus aller Welt, um den Record to Report Prozess zu optimieren
  • Agieren Sie als Schnittstelle zu den Stakeholdern des Record to Report Prozesses wie z.B. den lokalen CFOs, IT, GBS oder Corporate
  • Erarbeiten Sie aussagekräftige und verständliche Richtlinien
  • Unterstützen Sie bei der Implementierung des globalen Record to Report Prozesses
  • Sichern Sie als Teil des Record to Report Core Teams die Governance des Record to Report Prozesses
Ihr Profil
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungslegung und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfung und/oder Geschäftsprozessmanagement
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Record to Report Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Konzern oder einer renommierten Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf Record to Report Prozessimplementierung und -verbesserung
  • Fundierte end-to-end Kenntnisse des Record to Report Prozesses mit Fokus auf die lokale Einheit
  • Erfahrung in der Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Record to Report Prozessen in internationalen Konzernen
  • Fundierte SAP R3 Kenntnisse – SAP S/4HANA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches und zielorientiertes Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, der positive Wille, Prozesse zu verbessern und Dinge zu verändern, hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
