Aufgaben

Als Produktbesitzer bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Entwicklungsteam, den Kunden und Stakeholdern. Du koordinierst wichtige Projekte in den Bereichen Automotive und Produktion und übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für zukunftsweisende Produkte.

Gestalte die Zukunft mit innovativen digitalen Lösungen und Produktstrategien. In deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegen die Entwicklung von Zielen, Anforderungen, Roadmaps und Umsetzungsplänen – ein Raum für deine kreativen Ideen.

Gemeinsam mit deinem professionellen Team, den Kunden und Stakeholdern setzt du auf agile Arbeitsweisen. Die Analyse von Anforderungen, die Priorisierung des Product Backlogs und die Vorbereitung von Terminen im agilen Projektumfeld gehören zu deinen Tätigkeiten.

Als Zahlenexperte und Kommunikationsprofi verantwortest du das Reporting von Kennzahlen. Zusätzlich gestaltest du die Interaktion mit Kunden durch Workshops und Präsentationen. Dein Talent, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu präsentieren, ist hierbei entscheidend.

Qualifikation

Als Produktbesitzer hast du eine Schlüsselrolle in agilen Entwicklungsteams, deswegen steht für uns an oberster Stelle deine Leidenschaft und Motivation in einem großartigen Team mitzuwirken, deine Ideen einzubringen und moderne Technologien voranzutreiben. Wenn du Lust darauf hast, nicht nur Aufgaben abzuarbeiten, sondern Probleme an der Wurzel zu packen, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Ansonsten wünschen wir uns von dir:

  • einen Abschluss in einem MINT-Studiengang
  • Erfahrung und Kenntnisse der Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge des Anforderungsmanagements, alternativ auch im Test-, Produkt- oder Qualitätsmanagement
  • Zertifizierung zum Produktbesitzer (mindestens CSPO oder PSPO)
  • ein agiles Mindset sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Starke IT-Affinität und ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Hohe Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen in technologischen Entwicklungsprojekten- bzw. Produktmanagement
