Role Summary:
The Junior Solutions Architect will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Experience (CX) unit at Thrive IT Systems Ltd. This position focuses on the design, development, and management of comprehensive solutions aimed at enhancing the travel experience for users. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various business units to create digital products that effectively meet customer expectations while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development:
- Craft solution architectures that are in line with client business objectives, optimizing IT systems and applications.
- Oversee the development process to ensure solutions adhere to quality benchmarks and are delivered within the specified timeline and budget.
- Collaboration:
- Engage with development teams and stakeholders to guarantee that solutions meet business requirements.
- Document and articulate the solution architecture utilizing established architectural practices and frameworks.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential technical risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.
- On-Call Support:
- Provide on-call support during non-standard hours, ensuring prompt resolution of operational disruptions.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders during on-call responsibilities.
Project Details:
Location: The primary work will be conducted at the external specialist's location, with the possibility of on-site engagement as necessary.
Workload: The expected workload is approximately 220 PT annually, subject to adjustments based on business needs.
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years as a technical product owner, overseeing at least one application within the last 2 years.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- ITIL 4 certification with practical application in the field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Oracle databases, including troubleshooting and installation of scripts.
- Experience in providing 24/7 on-call support for a minimum of 2 years.
- Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (B2 or higher) is required; preference will be given to native speakers or those with certification.
