Overview:
The Junior Solutions Architect will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Experience (CX) unit at Thrive IT Systems Ltd. This position is focused on the design, development, and management of comprehensive solutions aimed at enhancing the travel experience for users. The architect will collaborate closely with various business units to create digital products that effectively meet customer needs while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development:
- Craft solution architectures that are in line with client business needs, optimizing IT systems and applications.
- Oversee the solution development process to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Collaboration:
- Engage with development teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements.
- Document and convey the solution architecture using established architectural practices and frameworks.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential technical risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.
- On-Call Support:
- Provide on-call support outside of standard working hours, ensuring prompt resolution of operational disruptions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders during on-call responsibilities.
Work Environment:
The primary work location will be determined based on project needs, with flexibility for on-site engagement as required. Services provided outside of specific regions will be subject to prior approval.
Workload Expectations:
The role will involve a defined workload, subject to adjustments based on evolving business needs.
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical product ownership role, managing at least one application in recent years.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- ITIL 4 certification with practical application in the field.
- Experience with Oracle databases, including operations, troubleshooting, and management.
- Proven experience in providing 24/7 on-call support for a minimum of 2 years.
- Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (B2 or higher) is required; native speakers or those with certification are preferred.
