Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to customers on logistics and supply chain management
  • Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Monitor and control the performance of new and major customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the processing and verification of clearing changes for our transportation partners
  • Prepare and analyze reports and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
