Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage deals within an assigned portfolio and work closely with our sales teams to drive digital sales.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital solutions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively position and expand digital offerings.
- Coordinate deal logistics and approvals across sales, operations, and professional services.
- Effectively communicate customer requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions.
- Work with technical Solution Architects to qualify and position IRM's digital solution offerings.
- Maximize deal profitability through negotiation and ensure an acceptable on-time outcome.
Requirements:
- Strong background and knowledge of enterprise-level digital transformation solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas in large, complex services-based organizations.
- Ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements and create powerful value propositions.
- Passion for problem-solving and data-driven analysis to drive customer outcomes.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, as well as in-depth understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
- Customer-first and growth-focused mindset, with a strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen.
