Digital Transformation Solutions Manager

At Iron Mountain, we're on a mission to help our customers achieve their digital transformation goals. As a Solution Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving digital sales and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage deals within an assigned portfolio and work closely with our sales teams to drive digital sales.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital solutions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to understand customer needs and position Iron Mountain's digital solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate deal logistics and approvals across sales, operations, and professional services.
  • Effectively communicate customer requirements to technical teams and translate them into comprehensive solutions.
  • Work with technical Solution Architects to qualify and position Iron Mountain's digital solution offerings.
  • Maximize deal profitability through negotiation and ensure timely outcomes.
  • Develop and lead proposal responses to influence RFP development and position Iron Mountain's solutions for success.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, and automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas in large, complex services-based organizations.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements and create powerful value propositions.
  • Passion for problem-solving and data-driven analysis to drive customer outcomes.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
  • Customer-first and growth-focused mindset, with a commitment to helping clients achieve their transformational objectives.
