Senior Corporate Officer

Austin Bright is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to strengthen its team in Luxembourg. This role offers exciting career prospects and a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of Luxembourg entities, including Soparfis, Holdings, and securitization vehicles.
  • Participate in drafting and revising minutes during board meetings.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as banks, notaries, auditors, and legal advisors.
  • Maintain rigorous management of legal files and archiving.
  • Supervise and collaborate with a team of four, consisting of a manager, two Assistant Managers, and a Corporate Officer.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Finance with a specialization in Corporate Law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the administration of Luxembourg companies, particularly in the Soparfis sector or securitization vehicles.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and Italian would be highly appreciated.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents and knowledge of Luxembourg's regulatory framework.
  • Experience with registers and legal filings with the RCS.

  • Annual salary around €70,000, paid over 12 months.
