Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Recruiter für unsere Niederlassung in Essen. Als Teil unseres Personalservice Medicum-Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Rekrutierung und Einstellung von pädagogischen Fachkräften spielen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Bewerbermanagement und Rekrutierung von pädagogischen Fachkräften
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung und Disposition im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Kooperation mit Kunden aus dem Bereich Bildung und Soziales
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Rekrutierungsstrategien
  • Analysen und Berichte über die Rekrutierungsprozesse
Dein Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und/ oder Recruiting
  • Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen im medizinischen/ pädagogischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und überzeugende Fähigkeiten, sowie ein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
