Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Vodafone Consultant to join our Direct Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a sales team, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and Manage Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet sales targets
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Strong Sales Experience
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Leadership Skills
    • Ability to lead and manage a sales team, with a focus on developing and motivating team members
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
