Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vodafone Consultant to join our Direct Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a sales team, and providing expert advice to customers on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet sales targets and goals
  • Provide Expert Advice
    • Offer expert advice to customers on our products and services
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored solutions to customers

Requirements

  • Strong Sales and Leadership Skills
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Industry Knowledge and Expertise
    • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and market trends
    • Knowledge of our products and services, including pricing and features
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Relevant certifications or training in sales, leadership, or telecommunications
