About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team at Remote. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality backend systems using Elixir and Phoenix.
  • Work closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and a great user experience.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of our systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

  • A competitive salary range of $38,900 USD to $87,500 USD, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong background in Elixir and Postgres.

  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
