As a Sustainability Sales Specialist, you will motivate organizations to engage in climate action, play a pivotal role in broadening our client portfolio, and oversee the complete sales cycle within your sector.

  • You will persuade businesses to implement impactful climate initiatives utilizing our offerings.
  • You will analyze the unique demands of your sector and continuously refine your approach to attracting new clients.
  • You will manage the entire sales journey, from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and closing agreements.
  • You will represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
  • You will collaborate with a range of companies, from small enterprises to large corporations.
  • You will contribute to the sustainable economic success of both the team and the organization.

Qualifications

  • You are a native German speaker with proficient English communication skills.
  • You possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or consultancy.
  • You demonstrate enthusiasm in communication and sales, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You approach tasks in a structured and results-driven manner.
  • You have a keen understanding of how to engage potential new clients on an individual basis.
  • You are adept at managing complex challenges and developing practical solutions.
  • You have experience with CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
