Lead Sales Strategist

Position Overview:

As a Senior Sales Manager at Whitecollars, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives, utilizing your extensive knowledge to foster and strengthen client partnerships while enhancing their operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propel new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships across your designated global sales region.
  • Provide customized solutions and oversee project execution in conjunction with our service department.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and expert consultation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in machinery sales, ideally within the PMI industry, showcasing professionalism and effective communication across various organizational levels.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A committed sales expert dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel and participate in industry events to broaden your client base.
  • Self-Motivated: Independent and proactive, with exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible Problem Solver: Capable of swiftly addressing client issues with adaptability.
  • Technologically Proficient: Familiarity with digital tools and proficiency in Office software.
