Lead Sales Strategist

As a Senior Sales Manager at Whitecollars, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives, utilizing your extensive knowledge to foster and strengthen client partnerships while enhancing their operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in machinery sales, ideally within the PMI industry, showcasing professionalism and effective communication across various organizational levels.
- Sales Enthusiasm: A committed sales expert dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel and participate in industry events to broaden your client base.
- Self-Motivated: Independent and proactive, with exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
