Für unseren Standort Berlin suchen wir Sie, ab dem nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Receptionist (m/w/d) für einen exklusiven Firmenempfang in Vollzeit (Montag bis Freitag 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner im Objekt bei allen Angelegenheiten und Wünschen
  • Begrüßung von Mitarbeitern, Gästen und Dienstleistern
  • Telefonische Anmeldung von Gästen
  • Organisation einer reibungslosen Kommunikation zwischen dem Property Management, Mitarbeitern, Gästen und relevanten Dienstleistern des Objektes (Reinigung, Technik, Sicherheit)
  • Entgegennehmen von eingehenden und ausgehenden Brief- und Paketsendungen
  • Tischreservierungen und Taxidispositionen
  • Organisation sonstiger Vermittlungsleistungen auf Wunsch, z.B. Textilreinigung, Schuhreparatur, Blumenservice, Reinigungsservice und mehr

Ihr Profil

  • Gerne erste Erfahrungen in einer Dienstleistungsbranche, z.B. Hotellerie, Flugbegleitung, Kundenbetreuung o.Ä.
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und Leidenschaft für den Servicegedanken
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
