Your Responsibilities- Develop, structure, and oversee a streamlined complaints and claims management framework
- Serve as a key point of contact among procurement, storage, quality assurance, and sales teams
- Address intricate customer grievances and claims
- Evaluate complaints and establish effective complaint management strategies
- Collaborate with the Head of Warehouse/Logistics to coordinate and oversee complaint resolution
- Define benchmarks for the management of complaints and claims
- Educate and assist personnel in the effective handling of customer complaints
- Significant experience in customer-centric complaint management, ideally within the furniture sector
- Familiarity with legal frameworks (B2B, B2C)
- Technical or craft knowledge is advantageous
- Proactive and self-sufficient work approach
- Flexible break schedules
- Independent and accountable work environment
- Comprehensive training programs for personal and professional growth
- Work hours from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
