Ihre Aufgaben
  • Konzeption, Planung, Implementierung und Steuerung von SAP-Geschäftsprozessen in der Business Unit Mais Europa
  • Leitung von SAP-Projekten innerhalb der BU z.B. Implementierung S4 Hana, Einführung von IBP
  • SAP Process Owner - insbesondere für die Module PP/IBP in SAP R/3 und S/4
  • Kontinuierliche Gap-Analyse zur Ermittlung des Bedarfs an Systemanpassungen, -erweiterungen und Schulungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Enduser bzw. regionale Key User
  • Weiterentwicklung des Regional Key User Konzeptes in der Business Unit
  • Koordination und Vorantreiben von übergreifenden SAP Prozessthemen innerhalb der KWS Organisation
  • Organisation, Koordination sowie teilweise Durchführung des Anwendersupports in Vertrieb und Logistik im operativen und Projektumfeld
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (B.A oder M.sc) der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit IT-Hintergrund oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen PP/IBP und SAP-Prozessmodellierung - erste Berufserfahrung in o.g. oder verwandten Bereich wäre wünschenswert
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für neue, komplexe Themen im Umfeld von SAP R/3 und S/4
  • Eigenverantwortung und Ownership-Gedanke bezügl. der bearbeiteten Projekte und Themen
  • Projektmanagementfähigkeiten über regionale und kulturelle Grenzen hinweg - idealerweise auch schon Erfahrung in der Arbeit in komplexen Strukturen und im internationalen Kontext
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sind erforderlich, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
