Für unseren Bereich IT-Sicherheit & Compliance suchen wir eine/n Cybersecurity Specialist (m/w/d).
Unsere IT-Abteilung ist der Motor für Veränderungen. In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Gestaltung neuer Innovationen in der Kreditbranche mitzuwirken. Entfalte deine Fähigkeiten, indem du spannende Herausforderungen eigenverantwortlich meisterst. Unsere agile Organisationsstruktur fördert die interdisziplinäre und internationale Zusammenarbeit, unterstützt durch moderne Technologien und innovative Tech-Stacks.
Deine Aufgaben- Zusammen mit deinem Team bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheitsmanagementprozesse der Bank.
- Du kümmerst dich insbesondere um das Schwachstellenmanagement und die Überprüfung von Anwendungen gemäß festgelegter Standards.
- Du priorisierst Sicherheitsrisiken und arbeitest eng mit den Teams der Infrastruktur, Anwendungsbetreuung und Entwicklung zusammen, um diese zu beheben.
- Du unterstützt die Gestaltung des Prozesses für das IT-Sicherheitsvorfallmanagement.
- Zusätzlich bist du an der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur sowie der Sicherheitsinfrastruktur beteiligt.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Abteilung für Informationssicherheit zusammen, um technologische Standards und konzernweite Vorgaben umzusetzen und erstellst Berichte für Audits und das Management.
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im operativen IT-Sicherheitsmanagement.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in IT-Sicherheit, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Umfassendes technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Sicherheit.
- Kenntnisse gängiger Standards wie ISO-Normen, BSI IT-Grundschutz und Informationssicherheits-Managementsystemen.
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Continuity-Management.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise.
- Unternehmerisches und innovatives Denken.
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
- Fähigkeit zur zielgruppengerechten Kommunikation und Präsentation.
