Junior Shopper Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management, marketing, and sales teams to create tailored strategies that boost sales efforts
  • Develop annual promotional plans and multi-brand marketing initiatives tailored to customers
  • Oversee the Prestige or Consumer Beauty product line for reporting to the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager
  • Evaluate competitive activities and offer strategic insights
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation
  • Manage relationships with agencies, budgets, and project timelines
  • Formulate strategic plans to enhance sales effectiveness

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
