Broadcast Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Studio Operations Specialist to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and controlling studio operations using automation technology to ensure seamless broadcast execution
- Operating and monitoring cameras, coordinating different signal sources, and ensuring high-quality video and audio feeds
- Supporting live broadcasts of various sports for Sky Sport, including event setup, technical checks, and on-air monitoring
- Setting up studio technology, preparing the set for live operation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Participating in project management and implementation of in-house events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as broadcast operations, technical production, or a related field
- Experience with broadcast automation systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- A strong affinity for sports and familiarity with studio technology, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
