We are currently in search of a Procurement Operations Specialist for a client within the medical technology sector.
Your Responsibilities- Management of tenders and preparation of pricing proposals for clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), along with Belgium and the Netherlands, in collaboration with sales teams, regional sales directors, and key account executives.
- Preparation of tender documentation and contracts for both public and private healthcare entities.
- Ensuring the timely submission of necessary proposals, contract offers, and pricing structures in response to inquiries.
- Regular review of lapsed pricing and contracts based on agreed terms, including updates to internal databases.
- Oversight of contract and tender processes for diverse clients, including procurement centers, purchasing groups, local DACH organizations, and private hospital networks.
- Proven experience in commercial positions, preferably in procurement management, sales, product management, marketing, public procurement, or purchasing groups.
- Strong communication abilities and assertiveness.
- Knowledge of products, services, and market dynamics, including familiarity with E-Procurement platforms.
- Fluency in German and a good command of English are essential.
- Job security with a permanent employment contract.
