Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business systems department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal business systems using the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support key business functions
  • Implement long-term improvements to ensure compatibility with the evolving needs of the company
  • Model, manage, and secure data effectively
  • Transform use cases and requirements into robust and maintainable code
  • Carefully document Salesforce platform enhancements and changes
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience as a developer with CRM systems
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and extensive expertise in Salesforce
  • Experience in developing custom components and connecting distributed systems with the business infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java and Apex
  • Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, and exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the team
  • Confident personality with good technical comprehension and a passion for learning and growth
