Client Service Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our team at Dimensional Fund Advisors. As a Client Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the client servicing and sales efforts within our EMEA Client Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in preparing event and client materials, including sales packs, portfolio review books, and ad-hoc presentations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as meeting preparation, client record keeping, basic market analytics, investment analysis, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Own certain regulatory and client reporting deliverables.
- Maintain records for our client and prospect pipelines.
- Support sales research and sales efforts.
- Assist with organizing and preparing various channel-specific events.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, investment process, systems, and investment philosophy.
- Continuously review and seek out improvements to our processes and procedures.
- Ensure necessary client data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Upon individual certification, the role will include ad-hoc client interactions, involvement in client-facing events, and various marketing activities.

Ideal Candidate:
- Native or fluent German language skills are essential (verbal and written).
- Strong sense of professional and personal integrity and high ethical standards.
