Lead Product Designer

Consortia is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our product development cycle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise from the initial conceptualization stage through to the final implementation.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design strategy and development process for innovative digital applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Utilize user-centered design methodologies, such as journey mapping and user stories, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate your concepts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance our product offerings.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • A demonstrable passion for user-centered design and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
