Job Title: Finance Process Manager

The Finance Process Manager will be responsible for leading the Group standard and its declination in the systems, supporting continuous worldwide improvement and data quality management to aim for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update the Group standards in agreement with the Finance department, which are operationally implemented in the tools (SAP & applications associated with the process).
  • Keep the AR finance documentation and implementation up to date (DMS) and harmonize and optimize the group AR processes.
  • Define the relevant AR KPIs and ensure their implementation in the systems.
  • Analyse the relevance of changing the processes or the functionalities of the tools to improve operational excellence, e.g. optimization of the automated bank statement process in SAP.
  • Implement new AR processes and support the continuous improvement of the associated tools and lead or contribute business projects (e.g. Tangro, Fiori, VIDA – e-Invoicing, Webshop, etc.).
  • Give recommendations for decision to the Finance Management and analyse and identify dysfunctions to propose action plans to ensure the data quality.
  • Lead the AR community worldwide and inform about financial topics and promote the exchange between the AR team leaders.
Requirements:
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Finance and Controlling, Accounting or Economics.
  • At least 5 to 10 years working experience in general Accounting / Accounts Receivables.
  • Project management skills and SAP affinity.
  • Fluent English language skills.
