About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Product Cost and Value Engineering team at H-TEC Systems GmbH. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for achieving target costs for our electrolyzer products through interdisciplinary collaboration with engineering and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Product Cost and Value Engineering team to drive cost-down initiatives and optimize product costs.
  • Define target costs for components and modules, and drive cost-down potentials from idea to implementation.
  • Act as an internal consultant for optimizing product costs within design, manufacturing, and through negotiations with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to improve cost management and value engineering capabilities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product cost management, value engineering, or a related position with a strong focus on manufacturing, costs, or quality.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Sound knowledge of value analysis and cost calculation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured, results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with German language skills a plus.
