Identity and Access Management Specialist

Wenham Carter Group is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Consultant to join their team in Germany.

The successful candidate will be part of the IAM team that supports a leading SaaS provider, responsible for operational functions such as identity governance and administration, user lifecycle management, recertification campaigns, and segregation of duties policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain role models and attribute-based access controls in cloud environments to enforce the 'need to know' and 'least privilege' principle.
  • Implement integrated and optimized identity and access management lifecycle processes.
  • Define and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for identity and access management, taking into account current legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide incident management and problem-solving support.
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions and issues with access management tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or economics with a focus on computer science or completed training in an IT environment.
  • Experience in common identity and access management systems such as One Identity, Omada, CyberArk, Sail Point, etc. (cloud environment is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in information security with experience in identity and access management in a highly complex organization with decentralized structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in hands-on design and implementation of IAM platforms.
  • Good understanding of authentication methods and key IAM technologies used in cloud environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle and service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment, with proficiency in German and English.
