Lead Client Relationship Executive

The Account Management division plays a crucial role in nurturing and overseeing the connections with our clients, focusing on both strategic and commercial dimensions. This team manages all associated activities, provides consultancy to clients, directs mid-term growth, and spearheads up-selling initiatives.
Supporting our Account Management is a robust Client Coverage Team, which assists account managers with daily operations, project management, service offerings, change requests, and other tasks aimed at enhancing client success.
As a Senior Client Executive, you will oversee the comprehensive relationship with one of our key clients in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fostering and sustaining the client relationship at a strategic level
- Initiating and promoting up-selling opportunities
- Coordinating and managing commercial negotiations and contractual matters
- Overseeing client-related governance
- Leading the client coverage team
- Managing escalations directed to you
- Conducting account planning and reporting
- Exceptional coordination, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- 15+ years of pertinent experience in the sector (financial services, software for financial institutions)
- Strategic mindset and management capabilities
- Sales-oriented approach
- Proficiency in English and German
