Position Overview

Join the esteemed team at Mercedes-Benz, where we pride ourselves on our expertise in vehicle sales and service. As a key player in our Mobility Logistics and Sales department, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences at our rental branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice to both new and existing clients regarding our diverse selection of rental vehicles.
  • Vehicle Management: Facilitate the handover and return processes of vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Mobility Solutions: Identify and propose tailored vehicle solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft and manage rental agreements and offers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
  • Billing Operations: Handle the financial aspects of rental contracts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Damage Processing: Oversee the assessment and management of vehicle damages and necessary repairs.
  • Vehicle Acceptance Support: Assist in the acceptance process of newly delivered vehicles.
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Mercedes-Benz product line is preferred.
  • A friendly demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driving license (Class B).
