Treasury Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Accountant to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.
Responsibilities- Process bank statements and reconcile accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances
- Manage guarantees and intra-group loans
- Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure timely payments
- Support the month-end closing process and prepare financial statements
- Provide documentation and explanations for annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate accounting treatment of executed FX hedges
- Prepare AWV reports for Deutsche Bundesbank
- Play a key role in the implementation of our new ERP system
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure high-quality accounting processes
- Completed training as an Accountant or equivalent university degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, preferably in Treasury
- Strong knowledge of SAP 4 Hana and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Software
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP system implementation is a plus
- Fluency in English (essential) and German (preferred)
