The central project and program management of RD (Research & Development) Performance Projects serves as a vital link between technological innovation and economic excellence within Group research and development at Mercedes-Benz. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses and significantly contribute to the conception and strategic planning for managing RD performance projects.
- Oversee the pre-management, preparation, and execution of meetings and workshops, including those at the board level.
- Develop presentations and draft resolutions in English for top management.
- Engage in selected performance projects, playing a key role in driving the sustainable and measurable implementation of initiatives.
This internship provides an opportunity to apply your skills in an environment that promotes and values innovation. You will gain insights into the daily operations of Mercedes-Benz employees and managers at our Research & Development Campus and work on a dynamic project as a full team member from the outset.
Qualifications:
Professionally:
- Degree in industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, innovation or project management, engineering disciplines such as computer science/software development, change management, or similar fields.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Initial practical experience, ideally in component/technology development, management consulting, or project management.
