In this role, you will contribute to:

  • Designing and developing our internal digitalization efforts, including the integration of AI tools.
  • Collaborating on ongoing projects and participating in operational tasks.
  • Preparing and creating comprehensive planning and controlling documents, such as presentations and decision papers.
  • Proposing process improvements and presenting your ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong goal orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Confident in engaging with diverse groups and hierarchical levels.
  • Independent, structured, and flexible in your approach to work.
