Civil Engineer

About the Role:

  • As a Civil Engineer with U.S. Army Europe and Africa, you will serve as the primary point of contact with our German Bauamt project engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to our safety program and protocols.
  • Interpret contract specifications and requirements.
  • Independently design plans and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in discussions to suggest alternatives and improvements.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a Fachhochschule, Berufsakademie, or Technische Hochschule as an Engineer.
  • Valid German driver's license class B.
  • Office automation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • English Language Proficiency level B2 and German Language Proficiency level C1.
